I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a decade of coaching and counseling experience. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of
assisting individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and growth. I operate from the foundational belief that everyone, regardless of their
current life circumstances, has faced challenges in life stemming from various sources such as childhood traumas, environmental factors,
depression, anxiety, adjustments, or other life stressors. I am deeply committed to the idea that each person possesses the inherent ability and
deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and live life authentically, abundantly, and joyfully.

My approach to therapy is centered on helping clients identify and navigate obstacles that may be hindering their progress towards both personal and professional goals. I provide culturally responsive services, ensuring that the therapeutic process and treatment plans are tailored to each client’s unique background and experiences. My expertise encompasses a variety of therapeutic frameworks, including cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic, mindfulness, intersectional, humanistic, and philosophical approaches.

I am particularly passionate about supporting and strengthening vulnerable populations, including Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC),
Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer (LGBTQ+), and other disenfranchised communities. This commitment aligns with my broader goal of contributing to social justice and equity within the realm of mental health services.

My educational credentials include earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Southern University, a Master of Divinity
degree from Union Theological Seminary, and a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia School of Social Work.
